Let us first of all assess that your problem is indeed a fungal one, once the diagnoses is established we can get to drilling your nails. We drill small 0.3mm holes through the nail allowing topical antifungals to reach the infection on the nail bed. ---- Includes assessment of nails, drilling of the infected nail, one take home bottle of antifungal spray and advise on a ‘foot lifestyle’ change to reduce risk of recurrence.
